What To Redact

Before publishing screenshots, hide the full email address if it identifies a person, plus message IDs, fiscal codes, addresses and protocol numbers.

Common Mistake

Do not assume ordinary email and PEC are interchangeable. In AA9/12, the field Indirizzo di posta elettronica can be ordinary email, but legal delivery workflows often rely on PEC.
